• Courses may include free and paid lessons.
• Completion of courses or quizzes may result in digital certificates issued under your StudyCircle profile.
• Certificates are for educational purposes only and do not represent government-accredited qualifications.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Once a paid course is accessed or downloaded, refunds are not generally provided, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical failure verified by us.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital materials on this site are the intellectual property of Bharatbit Infocon or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Use Restrictions

• Do not use the website for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers or payment systems.
• Do not share your login credentials with others or resell access to courses.
