Thank you for purchasing from StudyCircle.org.in. As all our courses and learning materials are delivered digitally, this page explains how delivery works for online access.

1. Digital Delivery Only

StudyCircle.org.in does not ship any physical products. All content, including courses, videos, lessons, and certificates, is delivered digitally through your StudyCircle account after successful payment and login.

2. Instant Access After Payment

• Upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, users are automatically enrolled in the purchased course.
• Access to the course becomes active immediately after payment, or within a few minutes depending on system synchronization.
• Users can access the course anytime by logging into https://studycircle.org.in with their Google account.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since all services are digital, there are no shipping or courier charges, and no physical dispatch or delivery address is required.

4. Access Issues

If you face any problem accessing your course after payment (for example, course not visible in your dashboard), please contact us at support@studycircle.org.in. We will verify your payment and manually activate access if required.

5. Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation email or message will be sent after each successful payment and enrollment. You may also check your course dashboard for delivery confirmation.

6. Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM (IST), excluding public holidays. Queries received outside working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
